February had some beautiful days. We spent a lot of our days outside at the park. February was all about embracing childhood. We climbed trees, got dirty, took extra long bubble baths with extra bubbles, and I showed the girls my own beloved childhood game... don't touch the lava! It was a hit, but I may never get my cushions back on my couch! Brett took Emma to the daddy daughter dance, where Hannah will get to join in next year. Emma spent weeks slowly assembling valentine's for all her classmates and friends. We also had a fantastic visit from some of our very best friends from Houston. We got a sitter while they were here and enjoyed a wonderful couples date.
February brought a lot of teeth. Hannah got her 2 year molars, and Ben got his upper laterals and bottom fronts. He also started scooting!
Towards the end of the month, we started our three week run of stomach bugs and strep throat. Everyone had their turn. I was so thankful that we were in Bretts slower season at work so he could help me with the babies when he was well.
