Christmas!!!

Christmas was amazing!  Uncle Matt came in a few days early and baked cookies and went to the zoo with us, and then Scott, Grandma and Grandpa Gordon, and Great Grandpa Butch joined us on Christmas Eve!  We went to our candlelight service, then came back to the house for some soup and cookies, where the Reed family joined us.  Once we set out cookies and put the kiddos to bed, it was off to work assembling Emma's calico critter house, stuffing stockings, and setting out gifts!  What joy to watch the kids come out the next morning to candles burning, Christmas music playing, with twinkles in their eyes!  We were so thrilled to have Butch with us, as he is a very important reason that our little family even exists!  He will always be very near and dear to my heart, and I'm so glad that my children get to know him.
