It's hard to believe that Hannah will have been here for two weeks tomorrow! She is so beautiful, and so loved. We really wanted to have another baby, and we really had to work for her. Such a blessing, and so worth the effort! Emma loves her baby sister and it makes my heart so full and so happy. Here are just a few pictures of our sweet girl.
